We sell our products to private persons that are of legal age, clubs, associations, other groups, businesses, as well as to our domestic and international retailers. We also sell our products to several European countries. In those cases, shipping costs are added in accordance with our GSL freight price list. The prices of our products include a VAT of 24%, except for our retailers in Singapore, the Arab Emirates, and North America. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.

 

Ordering

Private persons principally order our products through our online shop. If that is not an option, private persons can also place an order by phone (+358 50 537 6580), or transact directly with our retailers.

We recommend that clubs, associations, other groups, businesses, and our retailers log in to our site by clicking the “Log In” button, in the upper right corner of our site. The system administrator will move them to the correct customer category, and they can view their information. In case this isn’t possible, we ask you to contact us by phone.

When placing an order through the online shop, you must familiarize yourself with and commit yourself to all valid terms of delivery.

 

Order confirmation

We send an order confirmation to all buyers, in which you can see the information of the order:

The ordered products, the price, the shipping costs, and a link to your order history, i.e., your user account. Through the link you can check the contents of your order.

If the order is made by a group, an association, a business, or a retailer, you can print your invoice directly from the link in the e-mail.

When buying from us for the first time you will also receive a username for your Allegro account, along with the order confirmation e-mail. Your new user account can be used to log in to the site. Logging in is optional.

You can easily pay by bank transfer via most banks that operate in Finland. Service by Klarna Ab / Digital River World Payments Ab.

Klarna

The Klarna Checkout service is an easy, a flexible, and a safe way to shop online.

In the Klarna Checkout service you type in your e-mail address and your zip-code to pay for the products, whereafter you click the payment icon.

The action is first verified; after which you can choose the payment method. The default setting is an invoice, but you can also change the payment method to one of the following alternatives:

  • A bank transfer via your online banking service (Klarna / Digital River World Payments Ab.)
  • Credit card
  • Klarna invoice or 
  • Payment via Klarna account (deferred payment)

All of the above are equally safe!

By using the Klarna Checkout service you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm), which you can find at the checkout. If you have any questions about payments, we ask you to contact Klarna’s customer service, tel. +3589-425 99 771 (weekdays 8:00-18:00) or asiakaspalvelu@klarna.fi. You can also easily pose your questions on the Klarna website, www.klarna.com/fi/tuki, by clicking the “Aloita keskustelu” icon.

Once you have made a payment via your online banking service, remember to always return to the Allegro online shop. Press the RETURN TO ONLINE SHOP icon and wait for the browser to return to the Allegro online shop.

All the products are property of the seller until the contract price has been paid in its entirety. The seller reserves its rights to change the final price of the product and other information before the order has been confirmed, if the seller notices an apparent error in the provided information about the product, in its price, or in the data processing. The buyer has the right to determine whether or not to proceed with the order, considering the new terms and conditions.

 

Invoice

We sell our products with Allegro’s own billing to associations, classes and other similar bulk buyers, companies, customers with a business ID, and to domestic and foreign retailers at our own discretion. If you wish to order our products and choose the Allegro invoice instead of the Klarna invoice, or pay in advance because of a payment default entry, please contact our customer service first (tel. +35850 537 6560). Note that by ordering with an advance payment we will send the products when the payment is received and when we have been notified of it. Please notify us when you have made your payment, so that we can ship our products to you faster.

Klarna AB is a payment service provider for vendors that is under the supervision of the financial supervisory authority in Sweden. Klarna forwards the payments of customers to vendors. The payment can be made through the Klarna Checkout service with methods supported or provided by Klarna, which the vendor has accepted to be used in their online shop. The vendor is notified of a successful payment instantly, and agrees to the ship the products. Klarna AB is a Swedish limited liability company, whose headquarters is situated in Stockholm. Klarna AB is a credit-market company that is authorised by the financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen). Returns policies

As a natural person, you have, in accordance with the consumer protection act, the right to return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving them. When exercising this right, you transact directly with the vendor, Allegro’s customer service, by contacting us by telephone. The payment time of the Klarna invoice is also 14 days. The invoicing fee is 0€/order. If the invoice expires, a late payment penalty of 5€, and a late payment penalty interest of 8% will be added to the invoice. The invoice should therefore be paid before it’s due.

An expanded return policy is granted when purchasing the 8kg Allegro Classic, Allegro Plus, Allegro Eko, or Allegro Työvaatepesu 3 laundry detergents.

  1. You have the right to try the aforementioned products for 90 days. If you then, for any reason, wish to return the product, please call us at +35850-53 76 560, and we will either fetch the products from you, or give you instructions on how to return them. We will refund the full amount of the purchase price to a bank account that you will have provided details about, hence the trial is free of any charge. The machine cleaner, as well as the amount of washing powder that was used up during the trial, may be missing from the package when returning the product. A customer, who has returned the product after a trial period, will not be able to order the same product again.
  2. If you are unable to pick up the products you’ve ordered from Matkahuolto or Posti, please do not ask them to send back the products, but call us instead. If the product is returned without notifying us, we will charge you for Matkahuolto’s return shipping fee of 17,90€.

Payment default when ordering from Allegro

If you have a public payment default entry, it will not hinder you from placing an order. It can happen to anyone. Please proceed as follows:

Make the payment directly in the online shop via your online banking service

or

Pay for the purchase price directly to our advance payments account FI89 1183 3000 9 118 92.

Please state your name, phone number, address, and the names of the products you ordered in the message box for the transaction.

If the shipment has not arrived within a week, call us at +35850 537 6560.

 

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

The payment service is provided by Klarna Ab in collaboration with Finnish banks and creditors. Klarna will be shown as the recipient of payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards and will forward the payment to the vendor. Klarna is a licensed credit-market company.

 

Online Banking

Payments made via online banking is carried out by Klarna, in collaboration with Finnish banks and creditors. The service works exactly like traditional online banking from the customer's perspective.

 

Shipping and fees

We ship our products domestically using Matkahuolto and Posti. You can track domestic parcels with their tracking codes.

Shipments within Europe are delivered by GLS, General Logistics Systems Finland Oy.

Pick up your order at Matkahuolto, or at Matkahuolto Service points, Bus Parcel

Your order will be shipped to the Matkahuolto Service point of your choice. You will receive a text message when the parcel can be picked up. First, enter the delivery address in the checkout and then choose the Service point.

 

Shipping fees 0€ for the Bus Parcel.​

The Allegro 8kg packages and other, at least 8 kg batches, will be delivered to the closest Matkahuolto freight paid, without any additional shipping or invoicing fees.

The fabric softener, machine cleaner, wash power intensifier and bile soap are products that we only ship freight paid in orders containing 8 kg Allegro packages by Bus Parcel, or in orders exceeding 20 units of washing powder delivered to a home address. 

Orders exceeding 20 units of washing powder will be delivered with free shipping to your home address. 

You will receive a text message notification to the telephone number that you have provided us with.

NB! If you have redirected your calls to another telephone number, you will not receive the text message to that number. If your phone has been turned off, the message will be received with a delay. The product can be reclaimed by showing your identity card.

Pick up from Siwa, Valintatalo or from another Pickup Point, Near Parcel

Your order will be delivered to a Siwa, Valintatalo or another Pickup Point of your choice. You will be notified by text message when the parcel is ready to be picked up. Enter your delivery address and the Service Point of your choice in the checkout. Note that the delivery to Service Points may take 1-2 days longer than to Matkahuolto Parcel Points (Bus Parcel).

You can see the cost of the Near Parcel service in your shopping cart. Freight cost/unit decreases as the number of ordered products increases. The weight maximum for parcels delivered to Pickup Points is 30 kg.

Home delivery

You can also order our products directly to your front door. You can see the freight cost (c. 5€ in one package deliveries) in your shopping cart. Freight cost/unit decreases as the number of ordered products increases.

Matkahuolto will contact you beforehand by phone to agree on a delivery time.

Home delivery for orders with more than 20 packages are delivered free of charge.

 

Pick up from Posti

Pick up your order from the service point at Posti. You will receive a text message when the parcel is reclaimable. Bring an ID card with you. Enter your address and the postal outlet of your choosing in the checkout. The cost of shipping will be added to your shopping cart.

We recommend using MATKAHUOLTO’s affordable delivery options. The Near Parcel will ship to the Siwa or Valintatalo nearest to you. Matkahuolto’s Bus Parcel gets you free delivery of an order of 8 kg and above. 

Reclaiming from Posti’s Parcel point, Smart Post

Pick up your order from the Posti Parcel point of your choice. You will receive a text message when your parcel has arrived. When ordering, start by writing in the shipping address and continue by choosing a suitable Parcel point.

 

Pick up from a retailer

You can buy and pick up our products directly from the retailer nearest to you. In that case, you won’t use the shopping cart in our online shop, but you will instead be in contact with our retailer. You can find our retailers’ contact information on our website.

 

Pick up from our store or warehouse

You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our store, our factory or office. Our store is Virtasen Maalitehdas store at Tuotekatu 6, 20210 Raisio. Open on weekdays 9.30-17.00, Saturdays June-August 10.00-14.00 other months closed on Saturdays. Our factory store (located in Työkuja 5, Parainen) during business days, from Monday to Friday, 8.00-16.00. Products can be picked up from our office (Muddaistentie 295, Parainen), if we’ve made such an agreement. If you wish to pick up your order from the office, please make arrangements with us beforehand.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs include all packaging and delivery costs. You will see the shipping costs in your shopping cart after choosing the payment and delivery method. 

 

 

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on your chosen method of delivery. Delivery with Matkahuolto generally takes a few days. The delivery of Matkahuolto’s Near Parcels generally takes 1-3 days longer than the delivery to their Service Points. We ship products from our factory every business day. In case you haven’t received any notification of the parcel’s arrival within a week of placing the order, please contact Matkahuolto or give us a call at: +35844 332 200 or +35850 537 6560, and we’ll find out where your parcel’s off to.

 

Refund and exchange

As a natural person, you have, in accordance with the consumer protection act, the right to either exchange your product(s) or get a refund within 14 days of receiving the order. Our expanded return policy applies to opened 8kg Allegro Classic, Allegro Plus, Allegro Eko, or Allegro Työvaatepesu 3 laundry detergents. The expanded return policy means that you can use the washing machine cleaner and deodorizer free of cost, and that you may wash up to 20 loads of laundry during 14 days. In case you’re left unsatisfied you can return the opened product, but you still get to keep the washing machine cleaner. The trial amount of washing powder is allowed to be missing, in case you choose to return the product. A customer, who has returned the product after a test period, will not be able to order the same product again.

If you want to return the product, call our customer service number: +35850 537 6560. If you are unable to pick up the products you’ve ordered from Matkahuolto or Posti, please do not ask them to send back the products, call us instead. If the product is returned WITHOUT INFORMING us beforehand, we will bill you for Matkahuolto’s return freight: 17,90€. Not picking up your order is not the same thing as returning the product or cancelling the order. We reserve the right to recover the delivery costs of the return freight from unclaimed parcels.

 

Problematic situations​

In case the product doesn’t reflect your order, or if it has been lost, broken or damaged during shipping, you should immediately contact us and inform us of the defect, though at the latest 14 days after receiving the order. Either by phone +3585053706560 or by e-mail info@allegrosuomi.fi

If the parcel was damaged in Posti or Matkahuolto, you should immediately file a claim of the product at the Posti or Matkahuolto in question.
